In order for you to have the ability to forward/un-forward your Cisco phone calls remotely, you must be added as a user on the Cisco Unified Self-Care Portal Group. Page views may take several seconds to load, please be patient.


1. Login to Cisco AnyConnect VPN.
 

2. Open up a browser ie. Google Chrome and go to this URL: https://ccsf-voip1-pub-01.sfgov.org/ucmuser/

    click on Advance to proceed to the website.

3. On the left hand side, select Call Forwarding


Your Username: firstname.lastname

Your Password:  same password as your SFGov email account

 

3. Check mark Forward all calls to: "+1areacodemobilenumber" (see below) then click on the 'Save' button. To Undo call-forwarding, uncheck the 'Forward all calls to' then click on 'Save' button
