The preferred and most expedient way to raise your technical issues, concerns and/or inquiries, is to 'Submit a Ticket'.
When you submit a ticket on our Portal, the system will automatically generate a service ticket for you.


Submitting a Ticket Guidelines

  • All fields with a red asterisk "*" are required fields

  • Please provide as much detail as possible of the issue you are having in the Description text box. You can also attach a screen-capture
     
  • We ask that you please submit a separate individual ticket request for each issue you are having
    ie. "I can't login to my email and I need help with my PC monitor". In this example, you will submit 2 ticket request.
    One for the email issue and another for the PC monitor issue.
