Simply download the Cisco Jabber App from the App Store or Google Play Store to use with your iPhone or Android mobile device. This app will allow you to make and receive calls using your Cisco Phone Number. In order to use the Jabber App, you must have "ALL" of the following:
1. A Cisco IP phone number that is assigned to you.
2. An active SFGov email address.
3. An VPN Account.
After you download the App, login to your Cisco AnyConnect VPN Account (you must be logged in to your VPN Account). When prompted for login credentials, use your SFGov email credentials. Accept "ALL" Certificates when prompted. For Voicemail Credentials Username is: firstname.lastname (this should be the same as your SFGov email address without the @sfgov.org) Password is your SFGov email password.
NOTE: only 1 phone number can be associated on the App. You must be logged in to your Cisco AnyConnect VPN Account for Jabber to work.
