I can't turn off my monitor it displays "Power Button Lockout" or "OSD Lockout". What should I do?

If the Power Button Lockout is displayed.
Press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds to disable the
Power Button Lockout function.

OSD Lockout is displayed. The monitor's OSD Lockout function
is enabled.
Press and hold the Menu button on the bottom side of the
front bezel for 10 seconds to disable the OSD Lockout
function.
