The 'REC Agent Line (ie. +10030238020)', only exists for Permits & Reservations staff phones at the Log Cabin. This is an internal only line used by Call Center Agent's Finesse system for caller queue and it has no voicemail and takes no messages. For the majority of Log Cabin staff, each agent have their own direct 415-831-XXXX phone line that are assigned to them individually with voicemail.
