There's a City vendor (see info below) that can provide you with a quote to fix your cracked screen. We strongly recommend that you call them first to get a quote as replacing the device might be a more cost effective approach for the department. Submit a ticket to get a quote request on a replacement device so you can compare costs.
If you find that replacing the screen is a cheaper alternative, please work with the vendor directly and have them email you with a formal quote. Submit all paperwork directly to our Purchasing Department as you normally would for procurement process.
